Exhibitions of the project participants are held in different countries of the world. Portrait artists from more than 20 countries take part in the competition.

Publications

All participants are published in international catalogs in two languages - English and the official language of the host country

Assessment

The jury consists of leading portrait painters, art critics and gallerists. The result of the jury’s work is a rating that confirms the real assessment and level of the submitted works.

How to participate

REGISTRATION PROCESS

Step 1

Register your works via link

The organizing committee confirms the compliance of nominations and sends a link to pay the organizational fee. After payment, send a receipt or a screenshot to info@portraitum.com.

All registered works are published in the international catalog "Art Portrait in the World".

Step 2

The Expert Council consisting of leading portrait artists (more than 10 countries!) assesses all the works registered for the competition and determines the participants and winners. 

In addition, we ask the jury members to make comments and give short essays to those works they liked the most. 

All works that have achieved the highest scores or are marked by at least one member of the jury participate in the final.

Step 3

Works with high scores are presented at the exhibition.

Also works marked by at least one member of the jury in the form of a comment or a short essay will be presented in the final.

The final exhibition holds an award ceremony.
